I've only lived here about a month and everything is great. Maintenance and management are great people!! Lots of upgrades and just overal a good place to live.

Great place to live in have done a lot of improvements to the property office staff is very good at helping the residents happy an the maintenance guys are on top of thighs as soon as you report it to Nicole or Anna property has improved 10 times better hardly any trash around the property thanks to the New Asst maintenance that does a sure it stays that way I will live here for another year great job your hard work is very much appreciated Juan carlos

I've been here a year-and-a-half. I am very happy. Bertha, the manager works hard to meet any requests I have and is always kind and considerate. I love the flow and layout of my apartment. The maintenance is pretty quick and I feel very safe here. Good lighting outside my apartment. Great water pressure, and lots of windows for light inside my apartment. I have a fantastic size patio too! My lower score on noise is recent as there is no division between where people with kids live and single adults. I have 3 kids that scream all the time here.

First of all, I would like to thank the current staff for being very professional and caring. I been living here for the past 8 years and so far I am a happy resident. I am very pleased with the current staff. We needed this after the previous staff members weren't this helpful and caring. Bertha the manager is one of a kind. She really cares about us the residents. Nancy the assistant manager which she left was great and not just me but other residents were sad to see her leave because she was great. We wish nothing but success for her. But we are glad that Ana took her place, Ana has demonstrated that she can also provide an excellent customer service to the residents. I hope we keep Bertha and Ana for the longest as finally we have a great management group for this complex Colinas Pointe Apartment Homes. Best Regards,

Over the course of eight years living here, its been really amazing. I have had very good communication with management in dealing with an issues I've had...I get compliments from friends about how the grounds and apartments are well kept. I want to thank my manager and the staff for all the work they did. For doing everything in their power to fix the problem in our apartment. They have gone out beyond there way to take care of us. The property at Colinas Pointe is a great place. Quit, clean, great staff and a wonderful manager Heather. It's one of the best property we have lived at. Again thank you Heather for everything that you have done.

I signed my second lease with colinas point. I love the office staff, friendly helpfull. The maintenance crew is great, friendly and very effecient. They come same day fix the problem and are very professional. Saftey is always a factor, and they provide a safe clean living area, very will lighted at night, quiet day and nite. close to everything. makes coming home worth while, if there is a problem the office keeps you well informed of things going on in the apartments. I would highly recomend them to friends and anyone who askes about living there. I am very happy and would not live any where else.

We are been living in Colinas Pointe since last 6 months and we love this place. It is Secure, Management is friendly all maintenance work is done on time. Clean place to Live. We recommend these apartment to friends and family.
